Shipping Fees


Our goal is to offer an easy, fast, and reasonably priced delivery service! We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. In most cases, you will receive your purchase within 2 to 3 days.

Shipping fees vary depending on the category and weight of the items. The price for the first standard items shipped within Canada is $17.95 and will increase based on the total weight of the order.

FOR LARGER AND/OR HEAVIER ITEMS, IT MAY BE NECESSARY FOR US TO CONTACT YOU FOR ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES (EVEN IF YOUR ORDER IS OVER $250 AND ELIGIBLE FOR FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION).


 Return and Exchange Policy

At Nice Car Collection, we are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. To provide you with an optimal shopping experience, each item is visually inspected before shipping. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours (business days).

Returns and Exchanges for Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it. Prior approval from us is required before returning the item. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with an exchange or refund.

Return Conditions:

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in an adequate manner to ensure its protection during return shipping.
  • If a refund is necessary, it will be processed once the item is received in the proper condition.

In-Store Returns and Exchanges
For purchases made in-store, we also offer the option to exchange your item within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is still in its original packaging, returned adequately, and accompanied by your receipt.

Disclaimer Regarding Manufacturing Defects and Inspection of Items Before Shipment

  1. Inspection of Items Before Shipment: We are committed to visually inspecting the items ordered before shipment to ensure they meet the order specifications.
  2. Minor Manufacturing Defects: Some models may have minor manufacturing defects that do not affect their function, normal use, or value*. These defects may include small imperfections in the finishes, slight color variations, or other model-specific details, including the box. It is virtually impossible to find a flawless model, so the defects mentioned above are considered normal and are not covered by our return policy.
  3. No Returns for Minor Defects: The minor manufacturing defects mentioned above will not be considered valid reasons for returns or exchanges. By checking this box, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that items with slight imperfections are considered to be in conformity with the order.

Order Cancellation and Modification Policy

We are committed to providing quality service and handling your orders with great care. However, once an order or pre-order has been confirmed and paid for, any modification or cancellation will incur a 10% fee of the total order amount.

Why These Fees?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we would prefer not to charge these fees. However, they cover:

  • Fees charged by online sales platforms and payment systems (as credit card fees).
  • The additional administrative time required to modify or cancel an order.
  • The internal logistics involved in tracking and processing changes.
